Community Services Officer Juanita Juarez can add another title to her name: Woman of Distinction.
She was among 40 women recognized today by Assemblywoman Sharon Quirk-Silva for her contributions to the City of Fullerton.
A police employee since 1986, Juarez oversees several high profile programs, including the Department’s Neighborhood Watch program, iWatch, Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVPs) and more.
“She has a heart for service and often stays many hours past her normal shift to accomplish all the tasks she is given,” said Sgt. Jeff Stuart.
